Dalia will review your information and get back to you within 2-3 business days via email.
To move forward with a client, she will often ask follow up questions about your current ideas, inspiration, ideal outcome, look, etc.
With all the information she needs, Dalia can then give you some preliminary sketches and a quote estimate for the work you request.
Her top priority is to most effectively and efficiently create what you have in mind, while exceeding your expectations overall.
Payment Schedule: How does it work?
Dalia Jean only takes on serious clients. Once you and Dalia have settled on an end goal and a clear plan, and you agree to the job, you will receive a client quote from Dalia regarding the work you would like to have done. This quote is an estimate invoice. 25% of the quote amount is due up front.
Dalia keeps a client log of all work done on the job, and bills the remaining amount upon completion. This remaining amount can fluctuate (being more or less than the original quote) depending on the time it takes to complete the job.
For example: Job Quote estimate is 10 hours. 2.5 hours are billed up front. The completed job ended up taking only 8 hours total. Client pays the remaining 5.5 hours upon completion.
